  Alex and Marcia are two of the most caring, honest, compassionate people I've ever met. They define class and professionalism. Just great people who know how to care for those at the most difficult times in life.

  After many months of dealing with a son of a client that came to us to prepare for his preeneed funeral arrangements I am compelled to speak.. in the state of Massachusetts to qualify for Medicare one must "spend down" assets, this son forged his fathers name to cash in his policy that was created to satisfy Medicaid., he not only got away with it he then blackmailed me to get this bogus post off google.. as a result there is not only no $ for his father to be buried but the authorities have taken notice. The reason the law is in place is to prevent this from happening to our elders, stealing from our parents is against the law. I realize giving this man attention is what he wants , he has no idea what he's talking about there was no "annuity" sold to his father at all. Google allows us to write whatever we want whether it's true or not. Our reputation proceeds us.. as a matter of fact,, the man that claims he is our client is in fact not him at all, he is the son who is still impersonating his father. !!how crazy is that!

  Going through the sudden loss of a family member was the most difficult time myself and my family had experienced. Being in such a sadden frame of mind you have to proceed even though you’re not fully knowing what exactly to do next. We called the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home and were immediately treated comfortably and professionally. We were met with a warm greeting by Alex Thomas III who walked us thru this sad time in our lives and answered each and every question we had, he was excellent. What also impressed me was that during the services members of the Thomas family who also worked for the funeral home would come up to us and introduce themselves and expressed their condolences and asked if we needed anything.
  They were very accommodating and everything was handled perfectly, we did not have to worry about anything which enabled us to be with our family.
  I highly recommend the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home.

  My family and I had a great experience during this very hard time for us. Alex III and Alex JR were extremely nice from the first moment that we spoke on the phone. They went out of their way to make every one of our accommodations possible. They were always available and never seemed bothered. They have a lovely children’s room that is great to keep the little ones entertained. They have a very nice set up with everything you need accessible including a television in the hall way were we put a slide show. During the service they checked on us a number of times, which felt very comforting. We were very pleased with all the work that Alex, his family and workers did for us. Everyone that came to our service commented on what a nice job they did with making our family member who passed look just as beautiful as they always did.
  
  We had an excellent experience and will highly recommend to everyone.

  Massachusetts Funeral service providers are mandated to sell clients life insurance contracts for all pre-paid funeral service arrangements. The current pre-paid insurance products are "sold" to you to pay them when you pass, however the salesperson makes a 10-20% commission on the spot, so 10-20% is gone should you change your mind. You should consider other options. Particularly if you're not familiar with life insurance, annuities, and similar insurance products.
  
  Many respected financial professionals who are not themselves selling life insurance & annuity products because of the enormous financial commissions & incentives they receive once you sign on the dotted line endorse this phrase. "Treat every insurance/annuity salesperson as if they were a hardened criminal". I'm quoting Economist & Neurologist Dr. William Bernstein of the efficentfrontier blog.
  
  Unfortunately our elder* family members not knowing better in their mid-eighties* and easy prey at that point got caught up in the Thomas-Carroll funeral services life insurance/annuity sales scheme. I'd suggest you too should research it, I researched it to late. Good Luck to you!
